- AIA 550 Form (For Students Transferring High Schools after starting 9th Grade)
All high school students must complete the Brainbook Certification Course once during their high school career. Visit Brainbook to create a login to complete the course.
All eligibility documentation must be received by Coach Payne or Coach Trigg and athletes must be cleared by the Athletic Department prior to participation in any practice or game. Please see Coach Payne for any questions regarding eligibility requirements.
