We understand the importance of maintaining open lines of communication with parents. Rest assured, our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring that parents can reach out at any time. Our international students are provided with unique off-campus opportunities, such as yearly class trips to places like New York, Hawaii, and Costa Rica. It’s our focus on global awareness and cultural sophistication that provides the foundation for exciting field trips, travel opportunities, and international experiences.

With the help of a college counseling process that begins as early as Grade 6, our students are actively recruited by, and succeeding at, their top-choice universities, such as Harvard, Princeton, Brown, Pepperdine, UCLA, Arizona State University, and the University of Arizona.

Rancho Solano Preparatory School is an accredited institution under the Student Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP), facilitating the enrollment of international students seeking to pursue studies in the United States on an F-1 student visa. Applications from international visiting students are welcomed and carefully reviewed, with admissions decisions made on a space-available basis at Rancho Solano Preparatory School.

All Student Exchange Visitors (F-1 Visa) are required to pay tuition to Rancho Solano Preparatory School. Additional fees are charged by our partner placement agency for host family and student support. Many inquiries about the program are handled through Educatius International.

How To Apply

While Rancho Solano conducts rolling admissions until all spaces are full, we encourage you to apply early for priority consideration. This will also help expedite the enrollment and visa process in time for the start of the semester.

The admissions committee carefully considers each application to ensure that the student has the qualifications needed for success at Rancho Solano. Please ensure that the following items are submitted as part of your application, as our committee reviews them all:

  1. Rancho Solano Application (in English)
  2. Transcripts for current year and the previous two years of schooling
  3. A copy of the transcripts translated into English
  4. English proficiency exam such as TOEFL or IELTS (preferred but not required)
  5. Head of School and Teacher Recommendations from your current school
  6. Copy of student’s passport
